Scope/About the Role:
- We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO working life and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing the calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
- Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide support at meetings including minutes and follow-up actions.
- All required persons receive invitations prior to the event.
- Invitations are professional and are of a high quality.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Education:
· Degree(s): BBA/ MBA or equivalent degree from reputed university.
