Scope/About the Role:

  • We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO working life and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing the calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Manage and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Provide support at meetings including minutes and follow-up actions.
  • All required persons receive invitations prior to the event.
  • Invitations are professional and are of a high quality.
  • Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education:

·         Degree(s): BBA/ MBA or equivalent degree from reputed university.
