• CRMBase is a learning and training platform for the customer relationship management industry that is looking to expand its team and hire its first lead technical writer.


• You will be working directly with CRMBase CEO and team in the USA to develop the content strategy, a curriculum for career learning paths, and train new technical writers.

Location: Pakistan (remote)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality, easy to understand, search engine optimized content for CRMBase’s target audience.


• Create tutorials to help end-users use CRM applications.


• Come up with questions, knowledge checks, and project scenarios.


• Maintain a consistent storytelling approach across the platform.


• Create and maintain information architecture.


• Write the script and build storyboards for video lessons.


• Periodically write for the company’s official blog.


• Help the social media team to write persuasive content.


• Document the content writing process to train and onboard new content writers.

Job requirements:

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.


• Positive learning attitude towards new technologies.


• Five years of technical or non-technical content writing experience.


• Ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and translate them easy to understand text and infographics.


• Ability to perform independently while keeping the strategic goals in mind.


• Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization and keyword research.


• Basic understanding of the CRM Industry.


• Proven work experience with Microsoft dynamics 365 and Adobe experience cloud will be a huge plus.


• Any journalistic background will be highly appreciated but, is not a necessary requirement.


• A bachelor's or master's degree in mass communication, marketing or software engineering is desired but not necessary.


• Note: You will be working with a team based in Asia and the USA.
