Purpose of the role
Provide support to Nutrition Stabilization Center Nurse on taking care of patient and preparing feeding of children and assists patients with personal hygiene needs and tasks (e.g., giving baths, changing bedpans, feeding, etc.) under the supervision of Nursing staff
Individual accountabilities
1. Assists patients with personal hygiene needs and tasks (e.g., giving baths, changing bedpans, feeding, etc.)
2. Helping nursing and medical staff when required in the ward management and taking care of patient.
3. Transports patients to appropriate areas throughout the hospital
4. Keeps detailed logs, documents, and reports of daily activities
5. Provides patients with food, beverages, and other forms of nourishment
6. Adheres to all hospital rules, regulations, and standards
7. Providing patients with meals/feedings on time.
8. Dealing with patients’ request
9. Making all facilities and help, all possible comfort to the available under patient care.
10. Making sure that all possible comforts for patients are look after.
11. Any other task assign by supervisor.

· Ensure support to Nurse in the care management of NSC admitted children and care givers.
· Maintained NSC ward management SOPs and follow proper guideline
· Ensure all facilities and help, all possible comfort to the available under patient care.
· Ensure helping nursing and medical staff when required in the ward management and taking care of patient.
