| Job Description: |
- Need Mid-Level Import Manager for our Company's agribusiness division.
- The Manager should have the following skills alongside being an overall generalist & have adequate problem solving skills:
- Able to communicate with bank import staff to establish L/Cs and other banking instruments.
- Able to communicate with both clearing agents and customs authorities to regularly clear and release consignments including filing of duties and taxes.
- Should be able to proficiently use the customs WeBoc service including making EIFs, GDs (Declaration of Goods) and other standard documents.
- Able to communicate with shipping company's for any eventuality.
- Besides the above basic requirements
- should be an all rounder that should be able to act independently of executive's direction to take care of company's import needs.
- Should have basic idea of logistics, inventory management and banking & be willing to acquire new skills at the job.
