| Job Description: |
- Provide support to Client during Development and implementation of e- Bidding System in matters related to Procurement plan, bidding document, Invitation for bids, Pre bid meetings, bid submission, opening , evaluation of bids, award of contract, contract document,
- Coordinate with different section of Client
- Monitor the performance of “interface of e-bidding system” with PPRA, PEC etc (to be developed)
- Provide procurement related support to users of e-bidding system
- Liaise with client stakeholders to communicate data requirements and help secure data assets from clients as well as offline data sources
- Able to drive successful completion of deliverables and analytic deliverables
- Ensures quality and reliability of data obtained from client sources and offline data sources (ensuring that data contains required information for analytics and modeling)
- Responsible for performance reporting
- Respond to requests for performance results
- Drill down on results (problem solving analysis) and conduct custom analysis
- Ensure data integrity on review of historical data
- Define data validation reports to be shared with Management
