| Job Description: |
- To check all documents related to stores payables and handover to finance officer for its payments.
- Store inventory purchases and consumption (regular or capitalized) posting, control on store and other creditors balance.
- Reconciliation of financial system inventory record with stores inventory module.
- To prepare sales tax debit/credit notes and get it check from sales tax department.
- To prepare journal vouchers related to expenses, salaries & wages and other payables.
- Monthly stores movement report, parties balances outstanding report and different reports required by management from time to time.
- To control purchases against advances given to suppliers.
- To get suppliers tax status from FBR portal and attach it with purchase documents.
- Reconciliation of sales tax amount in sales tax returns and accounts record with liaison to sales tax officer.
- Any other assignment required by management from time to time.
