Description:
Nutrifactor is looking for a professional & experienced Import/Export Officer to manage Import/Export operational activities of company, also to handle shipping lines correspondence and documentation.
Candidates having Import/export experience particularly in Pharmaceutical industry are highly encouraged. Candidates having experience in ‘WeBOC-Glo Clearance System’ are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete documentation for banking protocols required in import/export & e-forms for shipments and all other bank related import/export documentation.
- Placing/managing bookings with shipping line, survey companies and clearing agents.
- Liaison with overseas vendors, Freight forwarder, and service providers such as carrier or shipping agents for smooth execution of export/import shipments.
- Maintain import/export shipments record with complete details of each e-form, from approval to realization.
- Ensure incorporation of import/export laws in shipment processes in compliance with applicable laws as well as company’s policies.
- Correspondence with warehouse team for loading/unloading import/export cargo to ensure seamless services.
Knowledge Required:
- Advanced Knowledge of international trade laws and taxations.
- Advanced knowledge of International Shipment Processes.
