Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Support the achievement of the company’s sales & business objectives by providing inventory control, product database management and supply chain support the company’s Operations Team. 
• Retrieve, format and prepare all new or updated pricing lists. 
• Process daily product receiving from warehouse and allocate to pending sales orders accurately.
• Generate master purchase orders to vendors in accordance with purchasing guidelines 
• Manage inventory supply successfully to ensure Delivery Standards are consistently met.
• Forward all PDF and electronic documents to the warehouse. 
• Log, investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancy issues. 
• Complete inventory adjustments as necessary. 
• Work with the warehouse and vendors to resolve receiving / shipping / inventory / returns issues in a timely manner. 
• Conduct inventory reconciliation every two weeks.
• Complete return file processing. 
• Set up new items in Great Plains. 
• Review min/max levels, aged inventory, weekly/monthly inventory carrying value, monthly inventory carrying costs and turns, as well as economic order quantities.
• Answer internal customer inquiries related to inventory arrival. 
• Provide back-up for Order & Product Management team as needed (other teams if necessary).
• Complete daily tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures, additional tasks/projects as assigned by Manager and advise Manager of any process changes.
