| Job Description: |
The basic function of Area Sales & Operation Manager is to deal Stores with respect to all shop matters, stocks and sales management of designers, handling hiring and managing & monitoring of sales staff activities
- To set guidelines for the shop, keeping in view short as well as long-term goals/objectives.
- To keep liaison with the Store Managers to maintain the Sales & Stock levels of all designers as per given targets.
- Keep a close liaison with designers in terms of feedback on their Products.
- Ensuring presentation and ambiance in stores are up to date.
- Close liaison with the marketing department to develop sales & marketing initiatives programs for different designers on social media.
- Oversee each store by visiting & give report on their sales performance and boosts sales productivity by identifying customer segmentation of each store and help create a plan to enhance sales.
