Job Description: |
We are a Lahore based textile company looking for individuals (Male / Female) for our Front Desk:
- Answering telephonic calls and transferring to appropriate extensions
- Handling in / out daily mail and proper distribution thereof
- Update staff daily attendance and record attendance of late comers
- Update leaves record of employees
- Greeting visitors / guests and guiding them to contact points
- Supervision of support staff and allocation their tasks (drivers, office boys, guard, sweeper)
- Daily staff lunch related supervision
- Assistance in HR related activities like short listing of candidates, interviewing etc
Job Requirement:
- Should possess Professional attitude & appearance to perform day to day tasks related to administration and front desk
- Knowledge of MS Office Specially E-mails
- Task management skills
- Should assume high level of responsibility
