| Job Description: |
- Preparing the inventories record, maintaining the stock records, using computerized ERP for entering the records and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders
- Move inventory and materials across facilities/locations
- Process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize large bulk items
- Supervise inventory loading/unloading from trucks or shipping
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Preparing GRN/STN/Transfer note, Stock QC reports
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits
