| Job Description: |
- To Plan & Execute the Procurement Activities of an Engineering Company.
- To Research the New Vendors as per the Company’s policy.
- To deal with Vendors for Timely Receiving of Goods.
- To make the most cost effective Purchases processes for the Company.
- To Present Periodic Reports / Presentations.
- To Organize & train the Departmental Team in an Effective & Result Oriented Manner.
- To Prepare Required Departmental Working Flow Charts and Responsibilities.
- To timely respond the queries from Top Management.
- To Prepare the Analytical / Graphical Presentations.
- To make sure the Timely & Effective Documentation Flow.
- To Sort out the Daily Departmental Problems with Technical Experience and vision.
- Supplier’s Management.
- Should know about complete Supply chain management functions
- Should have extensive knowledge in procurement planning, sourcing & comprehensive study, bill of material concepts, vendor’s evaluation & multidimensional production's coordination.
