Job Description: |
Responsibilities:
- According to the agency and market characteristics, build a grading system for trainers and promote the implementation.
- The grading system includes the agent’s regional personnel-effectiveness ratio and the whole process of talent recruitment and retention, and matches the corresponding empowerment system;
- Through actual combat and effective trainer grading system, stimulate the agent training team's combat effectiveness and assist agent training.
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
- Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
