·         Responsible for researching and listing new products on various online platforms such as eBay, Amazon & Shopify using Linnworks as per agreed targets.

·         Ensuring all channels and listings are optimized and using the most up to date and correct information.

·         Analyzing & reporting on sales channel performance. Evaluating traffic and sales conversion data to improve the effectiveness of online content to ensure maximum visibility, sales, and optimum profitability.

·         Identify new product opportunities to grow sales from existing and new suppliers using tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa.

·         Research and respond to competitor activity and pricing to protect and enhance current market share.

·         Keep track of product price changes and make necessary adjustments.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

·         Bachelor’s degree in (Commerce, Marketing, Management) or related field is required.

·         Expert knowledge of all aspects of product listings and optimization.

·         Outstanding track record of the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight timescales.

·         Minimum of 6 months’ hands-on experience in the Linnworks e-Commerce platform.

·         Proven the ability of market research including (but not limited to) using marketplace management tools such as Helium 10 and Keepa.

·         Advanced the user of MS Excel (i.e. Formulas, PivotTable, Conditional Formatting & Charts)

·         Degree qualified (IT or Marketing a distinct advantage)

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (must be fluent in English), with the ability to communicate effectively at various levels within the company and outside with customers and suppliers.

·         Ability to work equally efficiently in the office or remotely.

·         Must have at least 2 – 4 years of relevant professional experience
