About the Role:

BitsPro is looking for an organized and proactive Frontdesk / Admin Officer. To provide support and be the primary point of contact for customers, employees, and other internal departments. The successful candidate must operate autonomously, have strong communication skills, high levels of humility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaison with new employees, customers, clients, scheduling meetings, and responding to initial queries.
• Onboarding and providing support to new employees joining the company.
• Screen Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
• Order and manage the office supplies.
• Provide customer support while maintaining polite and professional communication via phone calls, chat & email.
• Supporting colleagues by facilitating interdepartmental communications and interactions between internal and external parties.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Manager which contributes to the effective office management of the company
• Coordinate and provide support in day-to-day activities.
