| Job Description: |
- Responsible to liaison with banks for opening of LC and other import related documents.
- Establish relationship with shipping lines and freight forwarding agencies to obtain competitive, fast, and secure services.
- Negotiate with clearance agents for fast custom clearance procedure and to fulfill other legal obligations.
- Maintain close liaison with company’s warehouses to plan unload the consignments as and where suitable.
- Update the system (We are using ODOO) by posting new purchases and keeping stock position up to date.
- Carry out regular supplier and under reconciliations to keep stock up to date.
- Create & maintain cash flow requirements to ensure timely payments to suppliers and other venders.
