  • Issuing visitor badges
  • Taking phone calls, sorting correspondence
  • Answering to client inquiries and ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining the reception area clean and organized -
  • Receiving shipments, updating records and files
  • Maintaining schedules, and making travel arrangements.
