Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
• Maintain and update records of supplier, purchases, pricing, and other important data
•  Review, compare and analyze approved products of all vendors/suppliers.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
• Maintain and update a list of suppliers, delivery times, and potential future development
• Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
