Job Description: |
- Responsible for the front desk and reception.
- Receives and routes all incoming / outgoing calls / messages to concerned persons.
- Maintains a current record of direct / extension and important contact numbers.
- Greets guests / visitors / callers and furnishes requisite information / directions.
- Gives general information in response to public inquires.
- Sorts and distributes / dispatches incoming / outgoing mail and deliver messages.
- Maintains the daily diary of CEO Organizes meetings and maintains office environment
- Responsible for office supplies (in/out) To handle routine administrative issues of office.
- Skills Pleasant Personality and decent demeanor.
- Strong English and Urdu Communication Skills.
- Strong knowledge and exposure of MS Office, Internet, email and other IT gadgets etc.
