| Job Description: |
Nextscrum is looking for a production manager. Ideal candidates would be who has 1 year plus experience in handling furniture production to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process.
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
- Coordinate with the Planning department.
- Understand clients’ needs and requirements.
- Prepare Daily Production reports.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
- Foreseeing potential problems before they happen.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
- Coordinate with the Sales department for knowing the customer or order details. · Assure to give proper training to your joiners
- Responsible for efficient and timely delivery of materials, based on customer demand. · Schedule shift according to production need
QC & Maintenance
- Recording, checking and Approving the QC & QA documents.
- Team building and taking productivity from junior & reporting dpt staff.
- Attention to detail, all over the process.
- Inward & outward material should be according to required quality standards.
