Requirements :
- Graduate or Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent.
- Must be comfortable using Linux command line.
- Good understanding about Web, DNS, Email and MySQL server.
- Ability to successfully turn a conversation with a potential customer into a sale.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and goal-oriented.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer resistance and deal with criticism.
- Effective time management.
- Must be able to work in shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone, email and live support panel for support and sales requests.
- Follow up on customer issues via Help desk and provide the necessary support.
- Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications, and operating systems.
- This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
- Responsible to perform audits of servers which includes usage, performance, and backups.
- Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems/servers to support business operations and end-users.
