EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CORP. SECRETARIAT (MALE)

A leading Shipping & Logistics company is seeking or “Executive Assistant - Corp. Secretariat (Male)” for its Head Office based in Karachi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To write error-free, eloquent emails for a variety of scenarios/events on behalf of the CEO / Corporate Secretariat

· To take notes during meetings, prepare and distribute minutes of the meetings, as well as, follow-up on decisions.

· Email Management of CEO.

· Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments.

· Maintain absolute confidentiality & discretion with regards to official matters of the Corporate Secretariat

· Perform any other task as and when assigned by the Reporting line.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

· Minimum MBA from any reputed university/institution.

· Minimum 5-8 years of CEO / MD Secretariat experience.

· Good Analytical Skills

· Excellent Interpersonal Communication / Correspondence

· MS Office (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)

SALARY RANGE

Rs.45,000 – Rs.65,000.
