| Job Description: |
- Handling &checking documents of Import / Export shipment
- Tentative amount request to finance for arrangements of funds for clearance
- Coordination with all third parties regarding documents/ deliveries Transport
- Filing import/ Export GD (into bond / Ex-bond/ Home Consumption) of All Parties.
- Calculation of duties & Taxation for Demanding pay order/ PDC form finance
- PDC/FTA Submit and refund back from custom authorizes (BG)
- Coordination with ports for container grounding for all customs formalities
- Coordination with PPRO/ HDIP Department for shipment smooth releases
- Coordination with transporter for local and up – country movements
- Coordinate with shipping lines if any Hurdles in documents for required Amends
- Coordinate with customs LAB (for samples mark to lab in custom Examination)
- Coordinate with outdoor clerk and drivers for collection of EIR of import & Empty
- Get Ex-Bond requirement of Demand Duties Accordingly
- Coordination with Civil Aviation And shaheen/ Gerry’s / PIA SHED for Air shipment
