| Job Description: |
- Communicate daily with manufacturers to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
- Assisting in new vendor sourcing for EASTERN footwear embroideries and finished shoes, vetting and onboarding as per the need of the business.
- Allocate product against manufacturers for the best possible execution which includes maintaining proper vendor capacities as well as allocating to cost matrix.
- Assist in cost negotiations, FOB approvals and retail price parameters according to company cost matrix to maintain target margins.
- Assist in material sourcing when needed and ensure all sourced materials are coming with a cost, MOQ and lead time to ensure materials are workable for the season.
- Be the main point of contact and communicator between all cross-functional departments: Planning, Design, Tech, Supply Chain and Marketing
- Update and maintain development WIP report across all categories and multiple seasons simultaneously.
- Responsible for arrangement of all required samples to ensure on time availability for photoshoot deadlines and targeted launch dates.
- Own calendar deadlines and communicate and troubleshoot issues with vendors
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by management
