| Job Description: |
- Managing Support Staff Duties (Drivers/Gardners /Painters etc.)
- Staff/Workers Mess affairs and its support staff and Make alternative arrangements ready in case of immediate shift (i.e. Contractors for Cooking etc.)
- Manage Existing Housekeeping staff as per organization’s requirement and Keep Alternative Arrangements ready in case of immediate shift
- Official vehicles logbooks and their timely repair and maintenance from approved/recommended workshops
- Sales of scarp as per defined SOP
- Various agreements/Licenses renewal (i.e. Rent, Mess, Janitorial Services, Transport etc.)
- Arrangements for In-House/Out Door Organizational Events (Occasional/Annual etc.)
- Liaison with Govt. Departments
- Support HR Department for the implementation of all policies on the floor regarding discipline
- Any other occasional assignment by the CEO/Director
- Checking of company-provided medical facility as per defined SOP
- Ensure timely compilation of company preventative plans
- Perform and supervise departmental meetings with all supervisors twice in a month
- Follow up with Sr./Executive civil work activities such as Renovation and utility issues.
- Prepare, manage and monitor the budget for administration related cost centers
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive,
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Overseeing & managing office upkeep, sanitation, cleaning, and security.
- Army Retired will be preferred.
