| Job Description: |
This position is responsible to apply and execute all tools and methods on shop floor to enhance performance, reduce NPT, increase efficiency by time and motion study in Product Development to facilitate Bulk Production. Ability to craft an operation bulletin, machine flow and statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement in Product Development and can replicate in Bulk Production Modules.
Main Responsibilities:
- An extensive knowledge of calculation and implementation of SAM
- Ability to design a machine flow to get maximum per day output with multiple styles in PD Center and can guide Bulk Production
- Ability to reduce & record Non Productive Time and enhance the efficiency in PD Center and can replicated in Bulk Production
- Keeping himself and the PD team up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments and facilitate Bulk Production
- Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area in PD Center and reflect in Bulk Production
