| Job Description: |
- Prepare effective tools and policies for supply chain operations for a smoother workflow.
- Financial and budget/expense management.
- Thorough knowledge of consumer behaviors and the key communication drivers that affect their decision-making.
- Must be able to effectively influence people inside and outside Darul Madinah.
- Should be updated about market trends and rates.
- Able to manage events of Darul Madinah timely and effectively.
- Vendor’s proper data management.
- Highlight existing gaps in process and workflows and give result oriented solutions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple demands/priorities and be a self-starter.
- Highly accountable to commitments.
- Excellent time management, decision-making and organizational skills.
- The ability to handle a demanding workload, yet meet positional and Darul Madinah objectives under pressure.
- Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to “make it happen”.
- Accurate judgment of issues to expend energy to. Able to quickly shift focus.
