This position is responsible Ability to perform & execute Dry & Wet Garment Processing, Application of different garment washing techniques, development of garment washing & dyeing recipes. Competency to Complete the risk analysis process, post development tests to establish requirements to meet the standards that can be replicate in bulk production. Ability to establish the achievable standards and flag off variables in case of complicated products.

Strong technical knowledge of Dry & Wet Garment Processing related to knit Apparel Industry, can do thorough analyses of complicated Dyeing & Washing, having and good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multitasks and proficient in Microsoft office application

Main Responsibilities:

• Ability of Creating & developing new washed/dyed garments, according to the latest and preferences of different buyers for different seasons which can be reproduced in Bulk Production.


• Capability of different Washes/dyeing by using different Softeners, enzyme, stones, High end distressed look, vintage dirty look, New trend detailing Like, natural crumple, crushing, different tacking and tying, staining darning,  PP spraying in multi area of garments.


• Capable of  Updating the latest technology in Product Development of washing/dyeing of garments and introducing the same into bulk in order to facilitate better quality and higher productivity at minimum cost.


• Ability to develop Standard Operating Processing at the time of Product Development and can be replicated in Bulk Production.


• Keeping himself and the PD team up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments and facilitate Bulk Production


• Explore new ways of finishing to achieve more consistent products which are cost effective
