Job Description:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the front office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the concerned person
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting and training rooms for use
  • Schedule appointments and ensure that relevant staff is notified and prepared.
  • Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries to their appropriate departments
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
