| Job Description: |
Local LC business: -
- Preparation and issuance of error free PFI
- LC draft verification to ensure swift LC transmission smoothly
- Confirmation on clean swift LC transmission to release order for dispatch
- Follow-up with bank to acquire original swift LC
- Follow-up with bank to acquire DN immediate after dispatch
- Preparation/compilation of post shipment documents
- Submission of clean shipping documents within the prescribed timeline
- Follow-up with bank to acquire swift acceptance of the document
- Getting follow-up tracer message in case of Nonacceptance of shipping document
- Getting payment on maturity
- Getting follow-up tracer message in case of Non payment
Export LC business: -
- Coordination with Planning for getting stuffing plan of export order
- Verification of stuffing plan in line with an order
- Preparation and Issuance of PI
- Verify and release order from 1st level approval
- Close liaison with planning to acquire firm order delivery date via email
- Share loading plan with shipping agent
- Finalize vessel planning for shipment after getting approval from line manager
- Verification of order packing list as per container stuffing
- Coordination with bank for processing/approval of FI
- Preparation pre shipment document for GD Filing
- Handling Pre shipping arrangement ahead of time for dispatch of material from factory
- Share commercial Invoice & packing with planning to affix them inner door of container for customs compliance
- Tracking in transit shipment till loading on planned vessel
- Preparation of post shipment document for submission to bank
- Getting swift acceptance of shipping document
