Accelerated Branch Banking Leadership Program

Join us as Senior Relationship Manager under Accelerated Branch Banking Leadership Program.

Purpose of this program is to hire top talent as future Potential Branch Managers in our rapidly expanding network of 600+ branches, we aim to reach 700 branches in 2022, Insha’Allah.

Candidates hired under this program will be evaluated for Branch Manager’s role in 6 to 12 months’ time to support our organic growth strategy.

Job Purpose

  • Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible to drive and manage the Bank’s sales strategy and customer acquisition process in the assigned Branch. She / he will also be liable for meeting / exceeding portfolio growth, cross sell targets, and adding value to the business objectives of the Bank.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Solicit fresh deposits, bring priority relationships by ensuring the meeting of assigned deposit-mobilization, cross-sell and NTB targets assigned by management
  • Cross-Sell the products of Wealth Management, Consumer Finance, Cash Management & Employee Banking
  • Give SME, Trade & Commercial Business leads to Commercial Banking & SME Functions
  • Manage existing liability portfolio and client relationships of the Branch
  • Keep abreast with Bank’s products, services, and essential regulatory requirements
  • Create awareness of product offerings among customers
  • Ensure month-on-month deposit growth on ETB portfolio with proper emphasis on CASA base
  • Achieve continuous NTB Account onboarding with monthly emphasis/concentration on CASA-based growth to meet the assigned KPIs
  • Regularly conduct proactive client visit/calls to onboard prospective new businesses and to ensure positive fund movement in existing client portfolio
  • Maintain presence in the catchment area through regular market visits to existing and prospective customers, thereby enhancing the market reputation of the Branch and the Bank
  • Provide high level of customer service to Branch customers and advise them on solutions in meeting their financial needs
  • Remain up to date on emerging market, social/economic / business trends to ascertain avenues/opportunities to augment the Branch portfolio/business volumes
  • Implement process improvement in sales and product/service delivery as per established policies and prevalent market practices
  • Ensure that the branch premises are maintained in a manner that adds value to the customer experience
  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Ensure that the client relationships comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements such as KYC / CDD completion / regular review of the portfolios for profile update, etc

Eligibility Criteria

  • Between 3.5 to 6 years' banking experience as RM Liability / RM Priority / RM SME / RM Commercial / RM Trade
  • Existing grade should be OG-III to AVP
  • Bachelor or above from any HEC recognized university
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and a portfolio of customers
  • Excellent relationship management skills
