Job Description: |
Candidate required for a Real Estate Development Company.
- The candidate should be presentable, Organized, confident and with excellent communication skills.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills are also essential.
- Please only apply if you can travel to Islamabad- F11
- Timings 10 am-6 pm
- Candidates with experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests and Direct visitors to the appropriate staff
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Prepare expense vouchers etc…
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
