Job Description:

Candidate required for a Real Estate Development Company.

  • The candidate should be presentable, Organized, confident and with excellent communication skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills are also essential.
  • Please only apply if you can travel to Islamabad- F11
  • Timings 10 am-6 pm
  • Candidates with experience in Real Estate will be preferred.


  • Greet and welcome guests and Direct visitors to the appropriate staff
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail / deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare expense vouchers etc…
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
