• Maintaining good relations with supplier and negotiate the costs

• Responsible for PO creation and submission

• Ensure order confirmation are received from suppliers

• Track the order and ensure the items are delivered on timely manner

• Prepare reports on purchased products, delivery information and invoices

• Preparation of RFQ’s (Request for Quotation)

• Evaluate vendors, quotations to ensure that they are in line with the specification required and within the budget

.• Ability to work under work pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field , Aviation Background preferred

• Minimum 2-3 years of procurement experience

• Good team player with integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills.

• Work well under pressure and able to work independently

• Good in writing, documentation, coordination and analytical skills

• Advance level MS Excel
