• Ensure to Punctuality and exhibit utmost attendance track.
• Ensure and maintain self-grooming. 
• Ensure services are provided in accordance with Customers’ Service Agreements and current legislation.
• Inspect all consignments to ensure that freight and mail complies with the recorded information provided by the forwarding agent.
• Process Import/Export documentation in accordance with the Operations Procedures Manual and Customers’ Service Level Agreement.
• Accurately enter all relevant data onto documentation or computerized systems as specified.
• Ensure that items of Company or Customer property and equipment are properly maintained and protected. Immediately report any damage, fault or irregularity to Duty Officer.
• Fully comply with the Company Health & Safety policy.
• Fully comply with the Company Security Regulations.
• Fully comply with Company handling procedures.
• Implement and adhere to policies and procedures as directed by the respective airline and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in team objectives.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as deputed by Section Head/HOD.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate
• 03 years’ experience of Cargo Handling, Storage and Warehouse up keeping.
• To be able to handle and monitor all the Cargo functions in order to achieve customer’s requirements.
• To be able to work in an ISO certified company knowledgeably.
• Immediate support. Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
• Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated.
• knowledge of Menzies Aviation operations, the airline industry, ground-handling market, and applicable airline regulatory standards.
