MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage via internal & external communication, overall order planning, packaging & execution of the shipment.
• Sound knowledge of fabric consumption and cutting/stitching of garments
• Make estimates and internal order sheets of stitching and packaging accessories according to Purchase order.
• Frequently interact with different departments for timely deliveries of all necessary material like fabric, trims, packaging, strike offs &lab dips.
• Arrangement and approval of all necessary trims, accessories and packaging material.
• Sending Fit samples, PP samples, Size set submission and arrange approval for bulk production.
• Prepare and actively maintain sampling of each order. Closely monitoring the sampling approval process, ensure on- time submission of samples (strike off, lab dips, fit samples and PP samples) for customer’s approval.
• Make time and action plan for ongoing developments and follow up accordingly – maintain records of approvals and approved samples. Raise flags in case of delays and escalate as required.
• Mediating production and quality departments. Advising about quality level and communicate messages/ comments received from customer.
• Send required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) for third-party testing and provide the report to customer

The candidate must be well versed in:

• MS Office - Word & Excel.
• Possess good communication skills, both written & spoken.
• Candidate must be well-presented and well organized.
