JOB SCOPE
MIS Executive is responsible for:
- Providing support to HR department for HR operations in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- Support in Payroll execution to HR through SAP
- Reconciliation with Accounts of posted salaries
- Ensuring biometric attendance is transferred to SAP
- To provide solution of different issues arise in day-to-day operations of HR
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic SAP HCM/SuccessFactors knowledge
- Knowledge of Payroll execution through SAP
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferably in retail sector
