| Job Description: |
- Oversight and/or execution of all social media content across all social media channels and monitor the sentiment for the users, and integrate the company’s marketing campaigns with the right social media content for the best outreach results.
- Listen and share what's being said about Techaccess in the local market
- Monitor sentiments and mentions on all social channels with approved response glossary
- Moderate all social channels with a max 24 hour response time (Community Management)
- Create weekly analytical reports
- Support integrated marketing campaigns with social content/ moderation
- Create 'non-graphic' content, eg. photos, tweets, blogs, stories etc
- Curate interesting and relevant to Techaccess content for Corporate
- Presentations, Company Profile, Website and Newsletter
- Build relationships with regional online influencers
- Manage and contribute in Techaccess blog
- Collaborate with internal departments in producing quality social media content
- Develop, update and maintain an editorial calendar that reflects the content roadmap of all social media channels
- Attend and provide social media presence for Techaccess from the ground at important and relevant events in the local market
- Corporate Event Management skills are a plus

- Create engaging and creative content which reflects the brands tone and emotions
- Segment and customize content for different markets and cultures

| Required Skills: |
Fluency and excellent written and communication skills in English
Experience in creating different content types for multiple social media channels mainly design
Working knowledge of the social media scene
Flexibility and readiness to learn daily
Excellent Time Management Skills
Able to write press releases, web content, business profiles, brochures, social media post and etc.
Able to proofread and edit contents
Ability to originate copy from the brief |
