| Ensuring completeness of required master data i.e. Article, Article logistical and supplier master data Timely and accurate uploading in the system Analyze root causes and follow-up to ensure improvement Support SCM KPI improvement Collection of article listing, supplier listing and price changes detail from OM on prescribed forms Evaluating the completeness and correctness of data in the forms provided Coordinating with OM & QA (FD) to provide the missing data in the prescribed forms Uploading & verifying data in the system / GMS in all fields Tracking the errors % in the data provided and alignment / plans for the improvement & completeness Preparing monthly / weekly reports on the activities i.e. article listing, article delisting, status of listing and delisting, article maintenance, supplier listing, price changes and sharing with OM for update and action plan Communication with region / corporate for data scorecards management as per targets Support DAD for assortment tracking Ensure identification of Gaps ,coordination of actions and monitoring of results Improvement in global & local scorecard Coordinate with IM for mass uploading of data.
