| Job Description: |
- Maintains travel itinerary, ticket and hotel bookings.
- Assists in regular day-to-day work.
- Performs a variety of administrative and executive support tasks that are highly confidential and sensitive.
- Coordinates with Head of Departments and Directors as per requirements.
- Acts as liaison between the MD/CEO & staff, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments
- Manages all purchase requisitions and expenses as per budget for MD/CEO Office.
- Screens incoming correspondence and reports; makes preliminary assessment of the importance of materials and organizes documents
- Handles all matters in a professional manner and forwards appropriate materials to the relevant authority and staff.
- Receives and screens incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and intimate accordingly.
- Composes letter, memorandums in response to inquiries on behalf of MD/ CEO.
- Prepares agenda and collects materials for meetings, speeches and takes minutes and keeps record of proceedings.
- Manages all appointments, meeting schedules and minutes of meetings. Updates MD/CEO on the status of issues before scheduled meetings
