Job Description:

Key Results Areas

Timely Procurement for the projects (20%)

Timely processing of Payments (80%)

Main Tasks Responsibilities

Will prepare Manage Request for Quotations, collect quotations and samples from suppliers for different goods and services required for projects.

Will identify Suppliers in local and national market for different goods and services and evaluate them on the basis of their financial, operational and technical capabilities.

Will develop and maintain lists of suppliers (database) for different goods and services.

Will Prepare tender documents for goods and services required for different projects of Area Office.

Prepare and manage supply agreements and ensure implementation of agreed terms and conditions therein.

Participate in PC meeting, prepare minutes of meetings.

Prepare Comparative analysis of bids and maintain procurement related project files.

Processing payments of suppliers of goods and services, ensuring complete documentation.

Visit to Market for collection of quotes and negotiate terms conditions with the supplier.

Ensuring timely supply of the goods materials for the projects.

Required Skills:
Knowledge:

•Master in Social Sciences/MBA/MPA
•03-04 years of relevant experience preferably with INGOs.
•Relevant experience in supply chain management and logistics
•Good understanding of local market conditions.
•Understanding of local language
•Experience in onine procurement process system

•Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
•Time management and ability to deliver results with tight deadlines.
•Experience of establishing strong working relationships with stake holders.
•An understanding of and commitment to IR mission and values
