- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Telecom Engineering
- Have at least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description
- Prepare the PO of CORE, VAS, QoS, NOC, IN and Engineering IT systems while ensuring both KPI achievement and Budgeted cost targets.
- Manage preparation of Working file/ approvals for these systems for routine procurement and procurement for 3G Network Modernization project.
- Ensure transport and Core catalogue management with coordination of HQ VIP.
- Supervise Procurement life cycle as per the defined policies and procedures.
- Supervise Validations of engineering CAPEX budget and 5 Year business plan and procurement plans.
- Input in the budget business plan for price validations, pricing analysis for CORE, VAS, IN IT systems.
- Prepare Dashboards, group KPI reporting and daily and weekly status reports for imported cases.
- Oversee IT related Tenders and evaluations.
- Conduct TCO analysis for the purpose of comparing prices, specifications, delivery, quality etc. in order to determine the best proposal among potential suppliers.
- Negotiate Foreign L2 Support Cases and contract finalization.
- Report Monthly OPEX and CAPEX saving achieved for OTH/VIP Report
