| Job Description: |
Minimum for 2 years relevant experience, with Banking experience preferred
College Degree or equivalent.
To be extrovert and confident with good communication skills,
Major responsibilities:
- Coordinate with branches located in Islamabad and resolve their admin related issues on daily basis.
- Assist in lease management of the bank premises (renewal, expiry)
- Procurement & Vendor Management (equipment, vehicles, printed matters/stationery supplies).
- Outsourcing employee/security guards payment processing.
- Vendors/ outsourcing employee/security guards / the bank vehicles and drivers management and service contracts maintenance
- Centralization of all facilities management activities / maintenance contracts.
- Preparation & monitoring of Expenses Budget / Accruals / Expenses Transactions.
- Developing centralization process flows of both merged entities for smoothness of department operation and reviewing existing department policies.
- Support Insurance & Taxations matters of the bank vehicles.
- Development of policies & procedures.
