| Job Description: |
- Manage all activities facilitating the smooth running of the office
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management
- Purchase equipment; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Plan long and short-term maintenance needs; maintain immaculate condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs; oversee renovation projects
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies
- Coordinating and resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Address employees concerns in accordance with company policies and government regulations
- Performing multifaceted general office support
- All Day-to-day operation matters
