Job Description:

Key Result Areas

· Vendor & Contract Management· AX enablement of Supply Chain and Services team across IRP· Coordination with Area Offices for procurement related matters

· Support to Seasonal & Emergency Response Programs

Warehouse Management

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· Visit the area and field offices for the enablement of SC and Services resources on IR procurement policy.

· Supplier premises inspection

· Ensure preparedness for emergency response· Immediately get deployed in case of emergency as per the directions of Manager SC

· Prepare and update catalog for emergency response items· Warehouse Management· Inventory control management

· Coordinate with SC Coordinator for execution of procurement and deliveries when directed by Manager SC

· Prepare reports, charts, summaries etc for Manager SC

· Vendor Negotiations · Delivery execution· Pre shipments inspections· Prepare and maintain vendor management system to track the KPIs

· Fellow up and maintain track of all the legal cases· Coordination between SC and other departments for smooth operations· AX work related to SC and Services department· Prepare and maintain logistics network maps

· Provide support to Area Offices when required· Assist Manager SC in ensuring procurement guideline and limits are being followed by CO and all area/field offices

· Assist Manager SC in bringing improvement in procurement process and guidelines· Prepare and update agreement formats which can be utilized by CO, Area and Field Offices

· Conduct weekly meetings with Finance Department to resolve issues and ensure process is running smoothly

· Ensure SC colleagues are following the project timelines for AX posting etc

· Work with AX team to bring improvement in the ERP AX as per IRP requirement· Provide updated inventory reports to Manager SC

· Help establish Warehouse when and where required· Ensure health and safety measures are being implemented properly in all warehouses

· Visit area offices to evaluate the procurement process and furnish report to Manager SC

· Assist Manager SC during supplier negotiations and prepare MOM

· Prepare bids· Maintain documentation of procurements

· Focal person for seasonal programs

Qualification & Experience
Master degree in Business Administration with major in Supply Chain/Relevant discipline
