Job Description:

Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees

Update and record keeping of fixed assets of company.

Supervise driver and other admin staff.

Maintain attendance leave record and submit report on daily basis.

Handling company mobile SIM portfolio, activation/deactivation of Sims, services on Sims and its proper record keeping.

Ensure proper Travel arrangements for employees international or national tours.

Deals with matters related to visa processing, issuance of chamber reference letters, preparation submission of documents to concern authorities.

Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management.

Manage fleet management operations (Vehicle allocationMaintenance and repair) and

Ensure general repair maintenance of all office equipment assets.

Furnishing quotations non trade purchase.

Maintain vehicle log books compile fuel report.

Contact with vendors and courier services for invoicing and on-time delivery of office supplies etc.

Issuance of route loading permits and yearly deposit of token tax.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in team and independently.
Self initiative.
Ability to work in hard situation.
Strong work ethics and Values.
