| Job Description: |
- Submit proposals and quotations for provision of Makkays products or services for potential clients, in liaison with the Presales Team.
- Regular follow-up on proposals and quotations submitted with concerned prospects/clients.
- Discuss bank guarantee & earnest money status with sales team and follow up with customer.
- Submit earnest money and tender fees well in time, collect Tender documents and submit tender timely.
- Work with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices and frequently visit customers for proper follow up and payments collection.
- Deal with invoices of water supplier, Newspaper, courier service provider, printer, & other locally procured items.
- Entertain official guests and serve tea & refreshment etc.
- Perform dusting of office and equipment on daily basis.
- Properly clean the kitchen area.
- Make sure the availability of refreshment items in cafe.
- Provide general assistance to Branch Administration.
