- Greet, assist and/or direct customers, guests as well as visitors, being one point of contact for visitors.
- Handling of all incoming and outgoing official calls along with its complete log and relay of inquiries to concern departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries with its complete log.
- Any administrative work if assigned.
