- Assist Executive Director in HR and Admin operations
- Schedule appointments for management.
- Incoming/Outgoing Telephone call handling
- Greet persons/interviewees entering organization
- Deal with queries from the visitors and employees
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- General administrative and clerical support
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
