- Attendance management of production workers(Temporary & Permanent).
- To arrange the temporary workers for orders. - Arrange and maintain the pool of workers. - Inspection of all floors from time to time. - Co-ordinate with other departments(HR & Accounts) regarding workers queries. - Timely display of final working hours on notice board for workers review. - Follow up with all line supervisors for timely closing of attendance. - To ensure the availability of all kind of tools for workers & supervisors. - Administrative support to production department. - Data analysis - Time Management |
