Roles and Responsibilities
- Assurances of documents submission / circulations among respective engineers & concerned department
- OTRS record keeping / monitoring & reporting
- Data entry for projects / regional tasks
- Maintenance and segregation of all documents for services department
- Assistance to project manager during multiple projects being assigned by PMO
- Preparation of PR's/ BOQ's / Solutions for regional team & project manager
- Preparations of SOP's / Incident Reports

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
